Delivery costs are clearly defined and communicated to customers at the ordering stage. In many cases, it is possible to take advantage of promotional delivery terms, which we keep informed about. Delivery time to the Customer does not exceed 7 working days, while we strive to deliver most orders much faster. The exact delivery time may depend on the payment method selected and the specifics of the products ordered.
We also offer the option of personal collection of ordered products. In this case, the products will be ready for pickup within a maximum of 2 business days. Information about the readiness of the products for collection will be sent directly to the e-mail address provided when placing the order.

Complaints
The Seller is responsible for defects in the Goods only if they are detected by the Buyer within 10 days from the date of delivery. If defects are found, the User is obliged to inform the Seller in writing within 7 days of their detection. Complaints should be submitted in writing to the correspondence address:

The complaint must include the company name, postal address, and User’s email address. Along with the complaint, the Buyer must return the defective Goods, packed in a way that prevents damage. The User should enclose a copy of the VAT invoice with the shipment.
The Seller will inform the Buyer in writing about the acceptance or rejection of the complaint within 14 days from the date of receipt of the complaint.
Right of Withdrawal from the Contract
